Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
About the RoleQuincy Medical Group is seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator to support clinical quality initiatives, population health efforts, and payer performance goals across our multi-specialty organization. This role is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring programs that improve patient outcomes, enhance care delivery, and support value-based care objectives.
You will work closely with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, nursing, and operational teams to drive measurable improvements in clinical quality, performance metrics, and total cost of care. This position plays a key role in ensuring our practices meet and exceed contractual quality benchmarks while maintaining a strong focus on patient-centered outcomes.
Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Quality Improvement Coordinator facilitates the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of clinical quality improvement programs across primary and specialty care settings. This role collaborates with providers, nursing, analytics, and operational leaders to support achievement of payer contract goals and population health targets. Responsibilities include auditing and tracking quality measures, coordinating data collection and reporting, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring accurate documentation within Epic.
The Coordinator partners with Data/Analytics to validate reporting and performance metrics, identifies opportunities for improvement, supports workflow enhancements, and helps implement process changes that drive measurable results. Staying current on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and quality standards is essential to maintaining compliance and advancing organizational performance.

- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Three to five years of experience working in a clinic or multi-specialty healthcare setting preferred
- Strong understanding of clinic workflows and quality metrics
- Advanced computer skills with ability to interpret data and performance reports
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
- Professional demeanor with ability to collaborate across departments
