Must have OR experience.
Certifications:
BLS, ARRT.
- 2 fixed ED, 1 fixed dept, 5 portables (Carestream)
- 1 Fluoro, 1 C-arm (video swallow)
- 5 surgical C-arms (GE OEC)
- Cysto fluoro table
- Hybrid OR vascular unit (Siemens)
Coverage: ED & Inpatient (X-ray only).
Duties: ED/Trauma or OR/Inpatient; portable exams; fluoro (based on experience).
Volume: 100–150 plain films/day; 10–15 OR cases/day.
EMR/PACS: BAR (Allscripts), ScImage PICOM.
Radiologist:
In-house M–F, 8:00a–4:30p.
IV Starts:
No.
Scheduling:
Block scheduling (flexible); single tech 11:30p–6:30a.
Weekend:
Varies; OR techs 1–3 on-call weekends per contract.
Holiday:
Travelers expected to assist.
Call:
Required for OR (weekday); self-scheduled; response time per policy.
Dress Code:
Light grey scrubs (not provided); surgical scrubs allowed in OR.
Orientation:
On scheduled shifts.
Additional:
Precepting Rad students required.
