** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Collaborative Care:
** Actively participate in treatment planning and team meetings
* ** Client Support:
** Assist clients with daily living activities and provide education as needed
* ** Program Monitoring:
** Ensure clients follow program rules and report behaviors to supervisors
* ** Medication Oversight:
** Follow medication protocols and coordinate with nursing staff
* ** Admissions & Orientation:
** Support intake processes including safety checks and specimen collection
* ** Transportation:
** Provide transportation assistance when needed###
** Education and Experience Qualifications**

* Education:

** High school diploma or equivalent
* *
* Experience:

** At least 2 years of consistent work history
* ** License:
** Valid driver’s license
* Must be at least 21 years of age## ## For Kirksville RCF staff, Illinois staff, and Kansas Residential staff only:## Must provide evidence that incumbent is free of infectious and contagious disease, such as TB, prior to beginning employment and annually thereafter.
** Additional Skills
*** Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team setting
* Basic computer proficiency
* Prior experience in behavioral health or a related field is a plus
