Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of Blessing Health System’s information technology application portfolio, ensuring applications and programs meet the needs of the organization. Manages the application configuration, software development, informatics, database administration, LIS, and integration team professionals, supporting and enhancing critical applications including troubleshooting and implementing change requests, enhancements, upgrades, and regulatory changes. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission and Vision of Blessing Health System.
ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to Code of Conduct and other policies is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology Management, or a related field. Relevant clinical experience or equivalent combination of experience and/or education approved by IS leadership.
- 8+ years relevant healthcare IT application experience. Leadership and project management experience strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical and project-related challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Applicable certifications are a plus.
