Conduct analytical testing of various vegetable oils using Stratas SOPs in a manufacturing facility. Record data electronically. Clean and organize the laboratory in a food manufacturing environment. Testing of samples at various points in the process: production samples, inbound and outbound truck samples.

- Salary Range: $45,760 - $48,880 / Annually

- Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, work in confined spaces, and work at heights
- Sensory: Visual, speaking, and touch is essential
- Mental/Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Successful Candidates: Possess basic computer/technology skills, capacity for memorizing and executing a multitude of processes, willingness to learn or knowledge of food safety in a manufacturing environment, willingness to learn to operate laboratory devices and machinery, able to work weekends and overtime when required
