Job Summary
Reporting into the Production Supervisor, the Operator will be based out of Quincy, Illinois, USA and will be responsible for production tasks and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.
Responsibilities- Safety first mindset and actively contributes to the safety culture
- Transfers raw materials to machines to meet production needs
- Ensures that materials are brought in an orderly fashion
- Doses raw materials into blending operations
- Tracks and records dosages, lot numbers, scrap, and production issues
- Packages and palletizes finished product
- Regularly operates forklifts and other heavy equipment
- Responsible for keeping the process area clean
- Meets written expectations of management
- Adheres to all policies and procedures
- Provides all paperwork to leaders at shift change
- Hand‑sweeps, shovels, and/or wheelbarrows as directed
- Provides operational assistance in production, bagging, warehouse, and shipping areas
- Cleans up material and returns proper ore to piles, containers, and/or trash areas as directed
- Works in a neat and orderly manner to minimize loss
- Other duties as required to maintain an efficient operation
- High school graduate or GED equivalent, strong math skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Strong sense of self‑motivation and ability to work well in a team environment
- Formal technical education
Hours per shift: 12 hours. Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Pay rate: $22.75 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential if applicable.

Safety & PPEPPE: respirator, reflective outerwear, long sleeves and pants, steel‑toed shoes, hard hat, safety glasses, and ear plugs. Uniforms are provided at no cost. An annual boot allowance is provided. All other PPE is provided at no cost to the employee.
