Production Worker | 2nd Shift | Machine Operator

Overview

Position Title:

Production Worker. Wage: $20.53 per hour.

Shift: 2nd,

Hours:

3:00pm–11:00pm. This is a 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire.

• Operate manufacturing equipment, hoists, and production machinery.
• Load and unload materials and finished products.
• Monitor machine performance and identify defects.
• Make minor adjustments and notify supervisors of issues.
• Complete housekeeping and safety inspections.

• Previous manufacturing, industrial, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and assigned shifts as needed.
• Ability to consistently lift 50–100 pounds.
