Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) in Quincy, IL is seeking an Operator III to join the manufacturing team on the night shift. The role is full-time, hourly, and focuses on bagging finished product, loading raw materials, and operating packaging equipment per SOPs.
You will monitor quality, follow GMPs, perform housekeeping, participate in safety meetings, and mentor new colleagues after qualification. Ability to lift up to 55 lbs, work in hot/cold conditions, and wear PPE is required.
