Production Worker - Class 1 Laborer 1st Shift

Position Title:

Laborer Wage: $18.07 per hour

Hours:

7:00am-3:00pm QPS Employment Group has a great Laborer position available at a company in Quincy, IL. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire.

• Load and unload rims and wheel components from production lines.
• Move products and materials throughout the facility.
• Perform visual inspections to verify quality standards.
• Support production operations and maintain a clean work area.

• Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours per shift.
• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• Ability to grip, push, pull, and manipulate materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to consistently lift 75-100 pounds depending on position and department.
• Ability to work in hot, loud, and physically demanding environments.
• Ability to read blueprints and production documentation.
