Stratas Foods in Quincy, IL is seeking a Production Mix Operator 1 for a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will operate computerized mixing systems, ensure accurate recipe formulation, and maintain a clean, safe workspace following GMP, HACCP, and allergen handling protocols.
Qualified candidates must have basic math and strong communication, be able to troubleshoot equipment, and hold a High School diploma. On-the-job training will cover electrical skills and forklift operation.
