My Work Choice is hiring 1st Shift Machine Operators for a leading light industrial and manufacturing partner. In this role, you'll set up, run, and monitor production machines, load and unload materials, and perform basic quality checks to keep lines running smoothly. You'll follow safety procedures, keep your work area clean, and communicate issues quickly to supervisors. Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machines on 1st shift
- Load/unload materials and ensure proper machine settings
- Perform basic quality checks and visual inspections of finished products
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Report mechanical issues or production problems to supervisors
- Accurately record production counts and downtime as required
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
