About the Role

Are you a hands‑on leader who enjoys supporting others, solving problems, and helping a team succeed? We're looking for a Lead Person to help guide our Production team and ensure our operations run safely, efficiently, and smoothly each day.

In this role, you'll serve as a team leader for one of our production lines, working closely with employees, supervisors, maintenance, and other departments to create a positive and productive work environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Lead Person, you will:

  • Promote and maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, food safety, housekeeping, and GMP compliance.
  • Lead and support team members on assigned production lines.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure schedules and goals are met.
  • Assist employees with machine operation, troubleshooting, and break coverage when needed.
  • Verify raw material inventory levels to support production schedules.
  • Conduct weekly tailgate meetings and communicate important information to the team.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure efficient operations and strong communication.
  • Oversee line cleanup activities and ensure production areas remain organized and safe.
  • Communicate operational, safety, or mechanical concerns to Supervisors and Maintenance.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in operating all equipment on the assigned production line.
  • Help keep production running smoothly and efficiently throughout each shift.
  • Assist with rework and other duties as needed to support the team.

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
