• Coordinate all advertising sales flyer-related activities for print and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather assets, pricing, and promotional information for advertising materials.
• Manage ad submissions with publications and printers to ensure timely delivery and placement.
• Review ad proofs for accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with publication standards.
• Post and link ad flyer content digitally to support omnichannel marketing efforts.
• Create in-store ad signage for items in flyers.
• Manage marketing projects within Asana, ensuring deadlines, task assignments, and approvals remain on track.
• Conduct ongoing competitor research on promotions, pricing strategies, and content trends.
• Assist in creating social media content as assigned by the Director of Marketing and Brand Engagement Producer.
• Consistent attendance for regularly scheduled work shifts is required.
• Complete special projects assigned by the Director of Marketing to meet the needs of the business.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for collaborating with Team Members.
