Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in a dynamic Level 2 Trauma Center. Join our healthcare partner's team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients who need your expertise and compassion.
As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in a 30-bed unit, including 27 medical beds and 3 ED Psych beds. This facility sees an average of 120 patients per day, offering you the chance to utilize your skills in a busy and rewarding setting. You will work alongside a dedicated team, using the Allscripts charting system, and contribute to a full treatment center for sexual assault survivors.
Provide exceptional care in a Level 2 Trauma and Stroke Center
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Utilize POD nursing for assignments
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Allscripts
Support patients and families with empathy and professionalism
Requirements:
Current RN license
At least 1 year of ER RN experience
ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
Ability to work night and mid shifts
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
