📍 3rd Floor Inpatient Surgical – 48 Beds

💻 EPIC Required
- Total Joint experience
- 1+ year surgical Med Surg
- EPIC experience
- PCA pump & Narcan knowledge
- Sepsis management
- TPN/Lipids experience
- Heparin titration
1:4–6 Days
LPN + CNA support
Total Hips/Knees
Laminectomy
Cervical Fusion
Ostomies
BKA/AKA
Fem-Pop Bypass
Dialysis patients
- Must interpret tele strips
- Every other weekend
- Holiday rotation
- No call
- Black scrubs
Fast-paced unit with 8–12 surgical admits daily.
