American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring an active IL RN license and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Details- Acute care Labor & Delivery unit in a Level 2 trauma teaching hospital
- Level 2 nursery with approximately 100 births per month
- Uses EPIC EMR system
- 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
- Active IL RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- BSN not required for this position
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and NRP
- Experience in OB, nursery, post-partum, and/or L&D (or a combination) will be considered
- Candidates with normal nursery and NICU experience are also acceptable
- Work within a teaching facility environment
- Provide nursing care across labor, delivery, and newborn care as needed
