Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for LTC/SNF facilities with experience in IV pump and IV piggyback administration. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer IV medications and fluids using pumps and piggyback techniques.
• Monitor patient responses to IV therapy and adjust as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IV procedures and patient status.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in good standing.
• Demonstrate experience with IV pump and IV piggyback administration.
• Possess strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Maintain knowledge of infection control and safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced LTC/SNF setting.
