Medical Surgical (MS) Nurse Inpatient Surgical Night Shift Location Not Specified. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to surgical patients within a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The position requires experience with neuro, joint replacements, and critical care protocols.

  BLS (American Heart Association), NIHSS; minimum experience required: 2 years.
• Education Requirements:
  
  RN license; EPIC electronic health record experience required.
• Schedule:
  
  Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include caring for patients with diagnoses such as neuro procedures, joint replacements, and abdominal surgeries.
• Must have total joint experience, understanding of PCA pumps, reversal drugs (narcan), sepsis management, and TPN/Lipids administration.
• Experience with titratable infusions, interpreting telemonitor strips, and working with nurse aides and support staff.
• Additional orientation includes a 12-hour shift on the day of hire for procedures and computer modules.
