Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store;
Greets customers in a friendly manner and addresses them by name when possible;
Assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach items, loading/unloading heavy items, and relaying customer suggestions;
Reviews the status and appearance of the food for freshness and reviews daily orders;
Takes customer orders at the bakery counter and collaborates with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction
