What You’ll Do

As a Store Worker, you’ll help create a welcoming and organized shopping experience while supporting our mission.

Responsibilities include:

• Offering friendly, respectful customer service to everyone who walks through our doors
• Sorting, pricing, and merchandising donated goods
• Keeping sales floors clean, well‑stocked, and inviting
• Operating the register with accuracy and care
• Supporting store safety and loss‑prevention efforts
• Working as part of a supportive, team‑oriented environment

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, positive, and customer‑focused
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy retail environment
• Physically able to stand, move, and work throughout the shift

Physical & Working Conditions

• Ability to move or lift up to 25 lb. regularly and up to 50 lb. occasionally, with assistance or equipment
• Work performed in retail and warehouse environments with exposure to dust, dirt, odors, waste, chemicals, fumes, and moving equipment
• Regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
