$16.15 - $17.65 per hour

• Deliver exceptional customer service as the primary responsibility.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with merchandising, operational tasks, and administrative functions within the store.

• Previous retail supervisory experience is essential.
• Knowledge of Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics products is required.
• Merchandising skills are preferred.
• A strong desire and proven ability to provide excellent customer service is crucial.
