Join Sam’s Club’s freezer, cooler, and deli team to keep shelves stocked, maintain sanitary conditions, and deliver excellent customer service. Your work helps ensure product quality and a great shopping experience for members.

• Maintain safety standards, perform safety sweeps, and manage forklift spotting and hazardous material handling.
• Keep the freezer, cooler, and deli area clean, organized, and stocked, including resizing displays, removing damaged goods, and completing required audits.
• Assist members by locating merchandise, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting Sam’s Club products.
• Follow food‑handling policies, operate and sanitize equipment, and adhere to cold‑chain procedures.
• Monitor freezer/cooler equipment for proper operation and report issues to management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with stock handling and customer service is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize member satisfaction, solve problems, and adapt to changing work scenarios.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00. Premiums of up to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, or specific work performed.
