• Be a Team Member:
  Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicate with teammates, and be flexible to meet business needs in other areas.
• Be an Expert:
  Demonstrate knowledge of floor operations, backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. Prepare, cut, grind, wrap, and trim meat products according to established standards and maintain product quality.
• Be a Techie:
  Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and empower associate engagement; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production and product quality.
• Be an Owner:
  Maintain work area according to company policies, ensuring quality and date control for meat products, securing merchandise, eliminating waste, assisting members with purchasing decisions, and proper packaging, labeling, and storage.

  Advocate for the department and club by valuing the member's experience, modeling high quality service and products, and exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00, plus possible premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
