Compensation

Hourly Wage: $15 – $28 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Health and Beauty associate focuses on two main responsibilities: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. Responsibilities include moving incoming merchandise off the truck onto the sales floor and creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
