Job Overview

Responsibilities- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Participate in community events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends, with seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
- Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
- No sales experience is acceptable; training, tools and coaching will be provided to help you meet and exceed sales goals.
Earn between $40,000 and $63,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities. The starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise and education/training. Salary is dependent on meeting and/or exceeding all sales goals.
