Responsibilities
  • Meet physicians and patient needs while developing strong, lasting relationships with healthcare providers and staff.
  • Execute territory business plans for assigned brands, achieving consistent sales growth.
  • Promote products ethically, adhering to the company's sales process and approved marketing strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple settings.
  • Demonstrate accountability, positivity, resilience, curiosity, fearlessness, creativity, drive, and confidence.
  • Show self‑motivation, functioning independently with high initiative, entrepreneurship, autonomy, and achieving both short- and long-term goals.
  • Quickly gain understanding of behavioral health/psychiatric disease states, products, market dynamics, and practice settings.
  • Apply knowledge of products, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines to deliver information in a sales environment.
Qualifications
  • Sales ability and some sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to understand and communicate highly scientific and technical medical information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for excellence and embrace competition.
  • Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation skills.
  • Documented leadership ability.
  • Effective administrative and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
