Kohl Wholesale is looking for a Driver Trainer/CDL Instructor. Train enrolled students on truck driving procedures, DOT requirements, and logging processes. Promote the truck driving training program in the community. Update truck driver training program as needed to comply with regulation changes. Assist with creating and implementing Department of Transportation and truck driver training programs. Promote safety at all times. Perform daily administrative duties associated with training new hires and re-training current employees as needed in the operations department.

- 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday

• Train enrolled students on truck driving procedures, DOT requirements, and logging processes.
• Promote the truck driving training program in the community.
• Update truck driver training program as needed to comply with regulation changes.
• Assist with creating and implementing Department of Transportation and truck driver training programs.
• Promote safety at all times.
• Perform daily administrative duties associated with training new hires and re-training current employees as needed in the operations department.
• Assist with training all current employees and new hires.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Must thoroughly understand all DOT regulations as they apply to all employees.
• Previous warehousing and driving experience required, including operating a forklift and driving a tractor trailer.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety laws and regulations.
• Must have teaching abilities to conduct the classroom orientation programs and be able to facilitate other training programs, such as hands-on training and information technology training for software changes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs and warehouse software preferred.

Wage Range: $22.00-$26.50/hour
