If you are a Class A Driver tired of unpredictable pay checks, we offer a consistent earnings structure: minimum $1500 per week (if the driver runs the entire week with no load refusals or driver‑induced delays). Many drivers earn between $1575 and $1900 per week. Pay is based on the greater of the minimum or your CPM freight, which is no touch, 65% drop and hook.

All freight is no touch and 65% drop and hook. Drivers are not penalized for not taking loads to NYC.

Bonus structure: $4000 total, paid as $500 after your first load, $500 at 30, 60, 90, and 120 days, and $1000 at your 6‑month anniversary.

Full benefits (PTO, medical, dental, 401K, and more) start on your 30th day of employment.

Drivers are assigned trucks with no slip seating and newer model Freightliners, Kenworths, and Internationals. Riders and pets are welcome from day one.

• Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time)
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months
• If terminated from a previous job due to safety issues, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier
• Relatively clean MVR with no CMV accidents resulting in injury, jackknife, or rollover in the last 5 years
• This job is physical and drivers will place boxes on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Drivers are not responsible for inventory or merchandising; store personnel handle the final part of the delivery.
