• Average pay: $1,500 $ 1,700 per week
• Average mileage: 2, miles per week
• Consistent regional freight
• Paid orientation and training

• Monday through Friday schedule
• Home every weekend
• Drivers may occasionally return on Saturday
• Weekly home time

• Drivers load in Quincy, Illinois, and operate throughout:

• Pneumatic dry bulk freight primarily cement
• Drivers assist with loading
• Drivers are responsible for offloading the product
• Initial training on pneumatic tank equipment is provided

• 2020 and newer Mack and International trucks
• Governed at 65 MPH on the pedal and 68 MPH on cruise

• Onsite parking at the customer location
• Another secure parking location may be approved by management

• Orientation begins on Monday and includes an online portion followed by onsite and road training.
• Online orientation:
• Approximately 2.53 hours
• Around 3132 online tasks
• Upload of CDL and medical card
• Policy review and acceptance
• Required training videos
• Pre-employment drug screening
• $200 paid after completion, included on the first Friday paycheck following hire
• Onsite training in Jacksonville, Florida:
• Approximately five days
• 1.52 days of classroom instruction
• Standard driver road test
• Introduction to pneumatic tank equipment
• Initial training
• Paid at $120 per day
• Additional road training:
• Approximately 57 days
• Week one road training: $120 per day
• Week two road training, if required: $200 per day

• Travel is provided by plane or rental car
• Mileage reimbursement may be available within the companys current limit
• Single-occupancy hotel room provided
• Hotel accommodation in Jacksonville is at the Microtel
• Breakfast and lunch are provided

• Benefits begin on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment
• Company life insurance and a 401(k) plan are not currently listed for this position

• Earn a $1,500 driver referral bonus:
• $750 paid when the referred driver is hired
• $750 paid after the referred driver completes 90 days

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least six months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• OR
• At least one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the previous three years
• TWIC card preferred
• Must complete the required pre-employment drug screening
• No pets or passengers permitted
