Responsibilities- Manage vendor payments and maintain accurate financial records for a leading property management company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accounts payable functions and ensure timely processing of invoices.
- At least 1 year of professional Accounts Payable experience
- Hands-on experience in accounting within a real estate or property management environment (commercial or residential)
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Quincy, MA
- Experience with both corporate and property-level accounting functions
- Prior involvement in AP process improvements or automation projects
- Proficiency with Yardi or Avid software
- Ability to reconcile complex vendor accounts
