Audit Senior

Audit Senior Basic Responsibilities / Functions:

• Lead client audit engagements — planning, executing and completing financial audits
• Further develop generally accepted accounting principles and reporting rules and financial statement presentation
• Supervise, train and mentor associates on audit process
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit related issues
• Acquire knowledge of client business
• Interact with client management for information, problem-solving and recommendations for business
• Perform various job functions

• 3-5 years as an auditor in public accounting firm
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with Accounting emphasis
• CPA certification preferred, or on CPA track

• Understanding of generally accepted auditing standards and audit procedures
• Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Strong leadership, training and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude
• Motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
• Dedicated to client service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
