VP of Accounting
Salary: $160,000-$180,000
Location: Quincy, MA (3 days onsite)
Job Description- Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting and close processes.
- Manage a team and ensure accurate reporting across a real‑estate portfolio.
- Lead property‑level accounting, consolidations, and reporting as a key executive.
- Partner with executive leadership to support planning and business strategy.
- Improve internal controls, systems, and financial reporting processes.
- Provide high‑impact leadership in a real‑estate focused accounting organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- 10+ years of accounting experience with a real‑estate focus.
- Strong understanding of property accounting and reporting.
- Experience managing teams and leading accounting operations.
- Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
- Ability to drive process improvements and system enhancements.
