Salary: $160,000-$180,000

CFS is seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Accounting with real estate experience to lead the accounting function.
Job Description
- The VP of Accounting will oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting and close processes
- This VP of Accounting will manage a team and ensure accurate reporting across a real estate portfolio
- Lead property-level accounting, consolidations, and reporting as a key VP of Accounting
- Partner with executive leadership to support planning and business strategy
- Improve internal controls, systems, and financial reporting processes
- This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced VP of Accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 10+ years of accounting experience with real estate focus
- Strong understanding of property accounting and reporting
- Experience managing teams and leading accounting operations
- Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Ability to drive process improvements and system enhancements
