Tax Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce's client, a highly successful Accounting & Consulting company located just outside Boston, is seeking a Senior Tax Associate/Manager. The Manager will provide tax compliance and planning services to privately-held businesses, entrepreneurs, and high net-worth individuals across diverse fields, delivering high quality service in a collaborative environment. This role is an immediate opening for a tax professional with 7-10+ years of experience seeking management advancement and a possible path to partnership.

• CPA or working toward CPA
• Corporate and individual tax compliance and consulting experience
• Experience with C-corps, S-corps, and partnerships
• Experience with manufacturing & distribution companies preferred
• Multi-state experience and nonprofit organization experience
• Experience with Pro Fx and paperless environments; MST all a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off; hourly employees do not receive paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
