We are seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to support a high-volume, project-based initiative. This role is responsible for accurately processing information, maintaining data integrity, and supporting operational teams through consistent and timely data entry. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working with repetitive tasks in a structured environment.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Review source documents for completeness and accuracy prior to data entry
  • Process high volumes of information while meeting quality and productivity standards
  • Follow established procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Identify and upscale data discrepancies or errors as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Associate degree or relevant experience considered
  • 1–2 years of data entry, administrative, or operational support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook required)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and quality
  • Basic keyboarding and data processing skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
