Full-Time, Monday–Friday

We are seeking a bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to manage patient flow and front office operations at our Quincy location. This is a key role in a fast-paced PIP clinic, requiring strong organization, communication, and customer service skills.

• Greet and check in patients professionally
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Manage patient intake, documentation, scanning, and emails
• Verify insurance and maintain accurate patient records
• Translate for patients as needed (English/Spanish/Creole)
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
• Prior front desk or medical office experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with computers and EMR systems
