Your ResponsibilitiesThe Fenno House located in Quincy, MA is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant. The property consists of 151 units of senior housing for independent and assisted living residents. The community was recently rehabilitated with unit and building upgrades. The work hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Greeting visitors
- Entering work orders
- Processing applications
- Assisting with recertifications
- Rent collections
- Waitlist updates
- Preparing correspondence
- Processing bills
- Providing support to the management staff
