Program Support Professional
Pay Range: $20hr - $24hr
The Program Support professional will serve as the primary Test Proctor and Test Site Point of Contact while also providing administrative support services.
This role requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to maintain a secure and professional testing environment.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a structured and policy-driven environment.
Responsibilities:Primary – Test Proctor and Test Site Point of Contact
- Greet and check in employees arriving for scheduled testing sessions.
- Verify employee identity and confirm eligibility to take assigned examinations.
- Assign tests through the learning management system and ensure proper system access.
- Provide clear instructions regarding test procedures and rules.
- Monitor the testing environment to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
- Enforce policies to prevent cheating or use of unauthorized materials.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to system login or test access.
- Maintain a quiet, orderly, and distraction-free testing environment.
- Report irregularities, incidents, or misconduct to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain a highly organized, paperless work environment.
- Input data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets with strong Excel proficiency.
- Assist with special projects requiring high-volume data entry.
- Transfer information from hard copy records into digital databases.
- Operate standard office equipment including scanners and printers.
- Organize, archive, and manage records and documentation.
- Search for and investigate information contained within files.
- Process internal requests for files and data.
- Provide ad-hoc data entry support across departments.
- Evaluate workflow processes and recommend resource reallocation or process improvements.
- Perform additional related duties and special projects as assigned.
- Work proactively and independently while adhering to all organizational policies and regulations.
- Comply with all applicable rules, regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and organizational policies including EEO, anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, and anti-retaliation policies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced data entry and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Strong computer and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in administrative support, proctoring, or data entry preferred.
