The Autonomous Maritime Platforms (AMP) business is looking for an Engineering Administrator to support the day to day operations of the engineering management team and engineering workforce. As a Engineering Administrator you will be responsible for managing calendars, meetings, travel schedules, expense reports, and support tasks for the Senior Engineering Manager.
Key responsibilities include managing frequently changing schedules and appointments as well as coordination of projects and tasks. You will prepare meeting agendas and compile materials for use in meetings, discussions, and presentations. You will perform administrative, office management, and analytical activities for a function, department, program, or organization. You will contribute to the completion of departmental and/or program projects and goals.
You will serve as liaison for administrative tasks with other functions such as Facilities, Security, IT, and HR. You will prepare, process, monitor, and update required reports and documents, including budgets, schedules, purchase requests, and forms. You will develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. You will prepare, develop and update charts and graphics for presentations.
We encourage you to apply if you have experience with data extraction, transformation, and visualization using tools in the Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI. Familiarity with AI tools and technologies and applying them to administrative processes is also a plus. Exceptional organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task high priorities are required.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor in interacting with a wide variety of people are essential. Commitment to ongoing professional development is also important.

Target salary range: USD $31.90/Hr.
