This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory shifts, and customer needs to shape the product roadmap and deliver impactful solutions. Role:
Define and execute product strategy in alignment with business goals.
Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales.
Drive product development using Agile methodologies.
Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
Present product vision, roadmap, and performance to leadership teams.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or data-driven roles.
Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating with development teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-backed decisions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-team collaboration.
Ability to define product requirements and align stakeholders on priorities.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
