Operating at both strategic and execution levels, the Product Manager translates business vision into actionable roadmaps while ensuring disciplined delivery, operational excellence, and effective risk management.
What You Will Be Responsible For:

* Support OKR definition, tracking, and reporting, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and outcomes
* Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices on both product management lifecycle and how to build scalable products.
* Prioritize initiatives to maximize value, balance impact, risk, effort, and dependencies
* Drive adoption, roll-out and continuous improvement post-launch.
* Foster innovation by embracing and leveraging effective use of the latest AI tools.
* Drive cross-functional alignment across business teams, technology, and operations to ensure capabilities meet performance, scalability, and compliance requirements.
* Ensure that products and procedures are well-documented to enable rapid development across product teams.
* Define and track key platform metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability and continuous improvement
* Ability to translate strategy into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and frameworks that enhance platform capabilities and reduce time-to-market.
* Identify and shape meaningful AI use cases that enhance how Program Managers plan, execute, and manage delivery
* Ensure operational excellence and strong risk-management practices
Qualifications:
* Overall, 10+ years of work experience
* 8+ years of relevant business/product experience
* Prior experience in Financial Services
* Understanding of back-office, mid-office systems and workflows
* Deep understanding of asset management and client-experience ecosystems
* Experience supporting senior leaders within Product, Investment Services, or adjacent financial services functions a plus
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
