Operations Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
We are searching for a Project Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a 1‑year contract assignment (W‑2). As a Project Coordinator, you will join the Central Maintenance – Special Projects organization and work on Wind, Solar, and Battery Storage projects. The role requires experience in the construction/renewables industry, project management, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration. Travel up to 25 % is required.
The position is based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, with on‑site presence unless traveling to project sites. You will report to the onsite manager.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements
- Identify potential risks, technical challenges, and develop solutions
- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information
- Oversee current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
- Manage project‑related paperwork, ensuring all necessary materials are current, filed, and stored
- Direct project correspondence by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and goals
- Follow budget by managing expenses and implementing cost‑saving measures
- 4+ years of experience in project coordination or related field
- Strong documentation management skills and proficiency with project management tools
- Ability to maintain relationships with cross‑functional teams
- Schedule management experience (e.g., Smartsheet) and SAP knowledge are helpful
- Budget and cost‑tracking skills are a plus

Base salary range: $47.00/hr to $52.00/hr, dependent on experience, qualifications and skills.
