OverviewTriage vendor collaboration center - responsible for providing first-level vendor support. Manage small/medium initiatives/vendor accounts in terms of scope/complexity/value (process/financial) Specialized in a legacy company system, processes, and procedures. Responsible for knowledge in a sub-set of categories.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.
Responsibilities- Manage small/medium initiatives in terms of scope/complexity/value (process/financial).
- Manage small/medium vendor accounts in terms of COGS, visibility, and vendor tier participation - fewer in size and scope than the Analyst V.
- Manage the triage vendor collaboration center - expected to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Responsible for providing first-level vendor support, sharing documents, parsing files.
- Support senior-level collaboration analysts and appropriately elevate issues.
- Support delivering business insights and change management.
- Support cross-functional process improvements, projects, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams from 3rd-party resources, Supply Chain, SC Procurement, and the Brands, conducting analysis to target improvements in sales, on-shelf availability, COGS, and unsaleables.
- Support implementation of the company's new ways of working in assigned areas and the Brands.
- Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills; demonstrated experience developing data-driven analytical models.

- Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain Management, or similar work experience.
- 2 years' relevant experience.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560
