Position Overview

Business Analyst – Level 1 (Contract, 1 year, W‑2). Naperville, IL 60563.

The role involves collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support business decision‑making. Support special projects related to demand modeling, locational analysis, and segment analysis. Develop reports and recommendations to improve project execution and resource allocation. This position reports to the onsite manager.

• Support the Sales team for processing commercial agreements.
• Act as a liaison between Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners, and Customers. Analyze inbound requests for proposals, set up accounts, gather usage data, manage changes to proposals and pricing refreshes, and handle other aspects of opportunity set‑up to allow for bidding.
• Effectively communicate with all partners to ensure deliverables are met accurately.
• Proactively engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally across all internal departments. Increase awareness of the front‑to‑end process of cross functional teams and impacts to current team responsibilities.
• Provide to leadership on deliverables and status updates.
• Perform other job‑related responsibilities as assigned.

• High School graduation or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Hourly rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience).
