Global Brand Lead, Transplant – Solid Organ Transplant

• Develop an above TA-, above brand- transplant disease patient & physician experience journey understanding pain points
• Design and develop strategic initiatives/tactics to improve patient/caregiver experience
• Monitor initiatives impact and take action to scale or terminate
• Partner with Medical Affairs to accelerate diagnostics
• Collaborate cross-functionally to activate stakeholders across the organization
• Continuously scan the horizon for new AI-driven solutions
• Present strategy and successful initiatives in internal and external forums
• Facilitate collaboration with local cross-functional teams

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 7 years of global or local market pharmaceutical commercial franchise experience
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership/people management experience
• Strategic marketing & commercial leadership skills
• Demonstrated P&L management, Finance, or Business Operations experience
• Proven experience working across functions and cultures
• Track record of leading transformation toward innovative business models
• Medical, scientific, or local operational background in related therapeutic areas preferred
• Excellent professional English language knowledge and skills required
• French knowledge an asset.

Demonstrates strategic marketing and commercial leadership in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on improving patient and caregiver experiences through innovative initiatives. Proven ability to manage P&L, lead cross-functional teams, and drive transformation in business models.
