Job Description

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities for ground-up multifamily projects in Quincy, MA.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe worksite environment.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials to ensure timely completion of tasks.
