Overview
Ack Marine & General Contracting is looking for a motivated Assistant Estimator to join our team.
Responsibilities- Assisting with project takeoffs and cost estimates
- Reviewing plans and specifications
- Soliciting and tracking subcontractor/vendor pricing
- Supporting bid preparation and project documentation
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Ability to read construction drawings (preferred)
- Experience in construction, estimating, or project management is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
