• Assist customers with various financial needs and process transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, minimize wait times and resolve concerns.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies, compliance, and risk management protocols to prevent fraud.
• Recognize opportunities to cross‑sell bank products and deepen customer relationships.
• Engage customers and leverage digital tools to educate them on self‑service options.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and create a welcoming environment.
• Support nearby branch locations as required by business necessity.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of cash handling experience.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and elevate concerns of risk.
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
• Energetic, organized, and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency and basic math skills.
• Available to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence employment.

Minimum: $30,000.00 USD | Maximum: $47,000.00 USD (annualized salary range for an hourly position based on a 40‑hour work week).
