Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful face for our customers, providing exceptional support through various communication channels. Your enthusiasm and strong communication skills will help ensure customer satisfaction, foster client relationships, and contribute to our company's growth.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Handle outbound calling to follow up on orders or gather customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate customer records through data entry in our systems using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Provide excellent client services by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Support sales efforts by promoting products and services during interactions.
  • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication skills at all times.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer support or call center roles is desirable.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle outbound calling confidently.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices, including call etiquette and problem-solving techniques.
