Mobile Service Coordinator

Quirk Ford is growing and looking for a motivated Mobile Service Coordinator to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and helping deliver an exceptional service experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing mobile service appointments while supporting our technicians and customers.

As a Mobile Service Coordinator, you will help oversee daily mobile service operations, coordinate customer appointments, communicate with dealership teams, and ensure a seamless experience from scheduling through completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily mobile service appointments
  • Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, service updates, and follow-up
  • Support mobile technicians and dealership service teams
  • Ensure accurate documentation of completed services
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience and represent Quirk Ford professionally
  • Assist with recall services, maintenance scheduling, and service coordination
  • Maintain organized records and track service activity
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer retention and satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Customer service, automotive, or dealership experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced schedule
  • Comfortable working independently and with dealership teams
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude
